Plays avis ok, only basic functionality, crashes/freezes with iOS7

The app looks ok and plays the first files I tested okay,me.g. avi videos. But only very few, basic functions are available. No help function, no tips for the icons. Upload is manually only and not stable, e.g. If you dont keep the app open on the iPad screen during upload! file transfer will stop and you have to start over again..
No browsing of network shared folders as in other apps, e.g. playerExtreme (which offers a lot more functionality). Simple one level folder structure works if you only have a handful of videos, but is not ideal.
I also had a pop up offering upgrade to the pro version for .99, but all it did is remove the ad from the top of the screen. I will try some other apps..
