Difficult to Use and Terrible Support

PlayAble PRO … 8.1.1, iPad air
1) Crashes constantly and pressing home continues to play audio.
2) Almost impossible to use because the folder/file names are about 1/32 of an inch tall… how about letting us change the font or a list view.
